2. Returns (30-Day Window)

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Note: Items that have been used, laundered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • After verification, WCKITSTORE will cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Returns for Other Reasons

If the return request is due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
